web hosting company that will allow people to upload documents?
Looking for a web hosting company that will allow me a website where people can upload documents and photos. Any ideas? IPage tried and would not let me so I need another company.

There are free hosting companies will allow me to upload files exe;
I am a novice programmer (Java), and I want to upload completed projects as a kind of resume or portfolio page style, but most free web hosts only allow photo and video files. I have little money so I can not shell for a service paid for, anyone know of free hosting sites alow exe files and application are uploaded?
